Our services include item appraisal, marketing, hosting estate sales, coordinating donation or disposal of unsold items, and post-sale clean-up. We offer a comprehensive solution to meet your unique needs.

We charge a 40% of the total sales so there is no upfront fee. This includes all costs associated with setting up, advertising and marketing the estate sale.

The whole process from start to finish is 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the estate.
